Arise, Shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.---Isaiah 60:1 I love this verse... I had the priviledge of performing a baptism yesterday and this verse stood out to me like a bright light as I was preparing and seeking the Lord on what He would want me to convey to the young lady (10 years old) who made the decision to receive the Lord as her saviour and to dedicate her life as one of His delighted servants. One of the many desires noted in the paper she wrote for me as to why she wanted to be batized was so that she may become closer to Him and learn more so that she can share her faith. |
